Phase 4: Children’s Support Program

In conjunction with Bethel Pentecostal Church, Agnes is inviting individuals, families, and corporations in Canada to partner in her ministry for her “needies” and ensure that the poorest children in Ghana have the best opportunities possible. Please see the brochure below for more information on this incredible and life-changing program. There is also a pledge form below that you can use to support Agnes and her “needies” through this program. Simply print off both pages of the form, fill it out, and send by mail or drop it off at Bethel Pentecostal Church.

We currently have 20 children sponsored totalling $6,400 raised.  With the new facility being built we need as many as another 50 children sponsored.    It only takes $25 a month to feed, clothe, and educate a child in need.  Wont you help Agnes fill her new dormitories and offer children in need a home with clean water, regular meals, clothes to wear and a chance to get the best education in the Sogakope area.  To sponsor a child simply click on the pledge form below, thank you.

Featured Support Children: The Addor’s

These children do not fall under the normal family setting that most of Agnes’ children follow, in that they are not orphans. In fact both their mother and father are still alive and living near Sogakope in a more rural area.

They’ve come to live with Agnes because were it not for Agnes and her home these children would be out of school and doing hard manual labour for their Father. Their elder sister once attended a school but was raped, became pregnant and because of this the father refused to allow any of the younger children to go to school. He is physically abusive and forced the children to very hard work on a rural farm. Rejoice, their mother, understanding the importance of an education for her children, and wanting a better life for them, brought these three to live with Agnes and attend her Living Faith Preparatory School.

The children are all doing exceptionally well in school and are a great help to Agnes. Patience, the 17 year old, is a very gifted student and helps Agnes with the cooking and washing. Stella, who is 10, is a wonderful singer and can be heard above all the others at their evening devotions. She also watches over, and defends the younger children when they need her help. You don’t want to mess with Stella. Nothing will sink this Bismark who is 7 years old. He has a warm gracious smile and winning personality just like his older sisters and gets along with everyone.
